For the fifth edition of Bacon Week, 17 chefs from Quartier DIX30 have concocted “baconized” delights. Expect gastronomic discoveries of revisited classics, each (most likely) imagined with decadence in mind. 

 

 

Options include: Gaspor bacon braised in soy, baby back ribs, stuffed ice cream, or Bacon churros… For those looking for extra pleasures, we recommend lightly torched scallops. On your mark… get set… and enjoy !
