Hannah Faas (b. 1994) is an emerging ceramic artist from Hamilton, Canada. She earned a Bachelor of Craft and Design in Ceramics from Sheridan College in 2022 and a Master of Fine Arts in Ceramics from Kent State University in 2024. Hannah is currently a 2024–2025 Artist-in-Residence at the LUX Center for the Arts in Lincoln, Nebraska.

In 2023, she received the Craft Ontario Emerging Ceramic Artist Award and was awarded First Place in the AX National Emerging Ceramic Artists Exhibition. Her work has been featured in Fusion Magazine and Ceramics Monthly and is held in the permanent collections of Kent State University and Global Affairs Canada.

Hannah has exhibited her work throughout Canada and internationally, including in the United States.
