The Assistant Manager refers to the store manager and participates in all the essential tasks that contribute to the efficiency and profitability of the store, he consistent with the policies and procedures of the company. The Assistant Manager provides support to the Store Manager in overseeing employees and
assumes full responsibility of the store in the absence of the manager. It supports communication and raises the standard of the visual presentation and ensures
followed in order to optimize the visibility and integrity of the brand image in the market. He assists the Manager, provides leadership and ensures the
development of an exceptional customer service to maximize and achieve sales objectives. The Assistant Manager is a key member of

Experience in customer service. Must have worked as a management member in retail. Basic knowledge of an computer systems.
