Adheres to “Kiehl’s Circle of Service” standards with every customer, every day. Supports and implements all key initiatives. Demonstrates a sense of urgency in completing all necessary steps of customer transactions. Create long-term relationships with customers and nurtures repeat business. Participates in creating a professional and positive work environment.
