• Conveys the Mission of Kiehls and the six core values to customers. Ensures that all customers receive the highest level of service. Maximizes selling during heavy traffic periods. Adheres to “Kiehl’s Circle of Service” standards with every customer, every day. Supports and implements all key initiatives. Demonstrates a sense of urgency in completing all necessary steps of customer transactions. Create long-term relationships with customers and nurtures repeat business. Participates in creating a professional and positive work environment.
