For the fifth edition of Bacon Week, 17 chefs from Quartier DIX30 have concocted “baconized” delights.

 

BAR LES COUSINS 

Selection of cocktail created for this event : The Salty Mule, Bacon Caesar, Bacon & Tonic, Pig Manhattan et Flying pig.

 

 

BALTHAZAR 

Appetizer consisting of 4 mini ribs wrapped in bacon, served with a beer BBQ sauce and a small midly spicy creole coleslaw salad.

 

 

BRASSERIE T ! 

Various flavours between soy braised home bacon, marinated eggplant, Tuscan cabbage and spicy pepper puree.

 

 

L’AUROCHS 

Delicious Wagyu Burger, a tender piece of Japanese meat, with bacon.

 

 

LE CAFÉ DU THÉÂTRE

Over-hard eggs, sausage pancake, bacon, BBQ mayo, caramelized onions and Oka cheese on bretzel bread.

 

 

LA TOMATE BLANCHE 

So-called Carbonara from La Tomate Blanche: Cream, egg, green onions, garlic, parmesan and pancetta.

LE CLUB 

Cassolette of bacon mac & cheese, with smoked fontina cheese, green onions and a parmesan brioche crumble.

 

 

LE TURF – OASIS SURF 

Jerk beef & bacon tacos with pineapple ketchup, garnished with coriander and lettuce.

 

 

MILE PUBLIC HOUSE 

Mini cheese sticks stuffed with jalapenos, bacon bites and lardons. Served with parmesan, green onions and a spicy marinara sauce.

 

 

NIJI SUSHI BAR

Bacon Hotate Aburi Sushi

Scallop and bacon nigiri with soya mirin reduction, miso aioli, lighty flame torched.

 

 

PORTOVINO 

Filetto Di Manzo Pancetta E Tournedo Rossini

Pan seared 6oz “Black Angus Beef” filet mignon medallion rubbed with a pistachio pesto, wrapped in bacon and topped with a Lake Brome foie gras and a red wine demi-glace réduction. Served with sautéed vegetables and Yukon Gold roasted garlic mashed potatoes.

 

 

PIZZERIA NO 900

Delicious pizza garnished with ricotta and organic pancetta from Charlevoix and prepared according to the Italien culinary traditions.

 

 

CASEY’S 

Two 7 oz. 100% fresh Canadian beef patties, never frozen, Canadian bacon, local Quebec goat cheese, spicy mayo, tomato and red onion on a locally baked brioche style burger bun. Served with your choice of fresh-cut local Quebec fries or side Caesar or side house salad.

 

 

SCORES

Crispy Nachos garnished with our famous Scores rib sauce, melted cheddar cheese and bacon; a delicious combination that’ll taste very good!

Bacon Churros.

 

 

MR. PUFFS

Famous puffs, this time with chocolate and bacon, maple syrup and bacon, cream cheese and maple syrup or the Puffs bacon poutine.

A golden caramel kooky dipped ice cream topped with a milk chocolate coulis, mapple flakes and bacon bites.
