a. Personal Information

Quartier Dix30 may disclose Personal Information, without your consent, (i) if the law so authorizes, (ii) to its affiliates, subsidiaries, customers, sponsors and owners, and (iii) as part of a business transaction including, but not limited to, a merger, an acquisition, a consolidation, the sale of a portion of its business, business unit, assets or any other change in its business.

The Personal Information you provide to us, directly or indirectly, is kept and stored on our server in Canada or on the premises of our service providers. Notwithstanding the foregoing, some Personal Information may be stored or processed outside of Quebec, including the rest of Canada or the United States, in which case it will be subject to the applicable laws of those provinces, territories, states or countries. Applicable laws may permit regulatory bodies or other authorities to access your Personal Information in some circumstances.

Quartier Dix30 shall retain your Personal Information only as long as it is needed to serve the purposes for which it was collected, or for the period required by law. Personal Information that is no longer required by Quartier Dix30, or for which the retention period prescribed by law has expired, will be destroyed, erased or rendered anonymous.

Only employees or consultants of Quartier Dix30, or its affiliates, who require access to your Personal Information for business purposes, or whose duties reasonably so require, will have access to your Personal Information, subject to any other requirement under law or court order.

b. Electronic data (Cookies and Pixels)

 IMPORTANT: Our service providers use cookies and pixels from Hotjar, Mailchimp, Google Tag Manager, ReCAPTCHA, Google Analytics, Google Maps, and Facebook, among others, to collect data and compile the collected data into statistics. The information and the resulting statistics are stored by the service providers, which may be located outside of Canada.

 4. GIFT CARD PROGRAM

When you purchase a gift card as part of the Quartier Dix30 gift card program, one or more third parties (suppliers, consultants or subcontractors) may collect and use your Personal Information, in particular, to process payments, if applicable. Any such third parties must, however, comply with the applicable legislation regarding the protection of Personal Information.

When you register a Quartier Dix30 gift card or check its balance, your Personal Information may be collected by third parties, including the issuer of the gift card and merchants. As a result, Quartier Dix30 is not responsible for the way any such third parties collect, use or disclose your Personal Information. 6. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

For security reasons, parking lot monitoring or other reasonable purposes, we may use video surveillance systems on our premises or property. Still images and sound or video recordings of people, vehicles or license plates of vehicles accessing our properties may be captured by video surveillance equipment. We will post notices regarding the use of video surveillance equipment at appropriate locations. If you do not want your image (or that of your vehicle or its license plate) captured, please do not enter our property.

We may disclose video surveillance footage, screenshots or sounds to a third party without your consent if we believe that such disclosure is (i) permitted or required by law; (ii) necessary for the safety of our properties, visitors, customers, representatives or employees; or (iii) reasonable in the course of an investigation by any law enforcement agency or authority having jurisdiction.

We may use, or allow third parties to use, cameras and other technologies on our properties to collect information via anonymous video analytics (“AVA”) and to conduct anonymous traffic analysis. These analyses allow Quartier Dix30 to estimate the number of visitors to our properties but do not allow us to identify them.

7. PIXELS

We use the Facebook Pixel to track page views and create more targeted Facebook ads. We also use an email tracking pixel that allows us to determine if emails we have sent have been opened. We use this data to determine which emails our customers find interesting. The pixel is removed when you delete the email. If you do not want the pixel to share information with us, please do not select or use the links we send you.
